Cook Islands Police are investigating and a community is in shock at the late-night burning of a third retail outlet in as many weeks.

The Raro Mart complex was razed to the ground late on Sunday, or around midnight Monday New Zealand time.
Emergency crews battled strong flames and high winds which threatened to engulf nearby buildings and homes.
The Raro Mart, seen as the local equivalent to the Warehouse, was located near the High Tide Pizza and Bar in the town area, between the Catholic church and the office of the Opposition.
Social media chatter amongst the Cook Islands community is linking the event to two other local shop fires.
The Friendly Mart and Tex Mart in Arorangi were also both destroyed by fire in the last three weeks.
